1L preform mould

 We have did preform mould for customers since we funded.
So we have experience in preform mould making.

Every year we export many sets of preform mould with different volume for customers.

we ever did 1L preform mould with 16 cavities.

Prefrom design we could reference customers' if they have,if customers do not have design,then we could design for customers based on customers' requirements.

1L preform mould life we quoted with 5M with Stavax S136 stainniess steel,tempared with HRC50+/-2.
Gate for 1L preform mould is valve gate.

Material is PET.

Ejector system  is stripper which we did with most preform moulds.
